3 Easy Steps to No Hassle Returns


To assure the best customer service, we recommend that you review our entire return policy below prior to shipping your return.


1. Obtain your return merchandise code (RMC#) via e-mail at info@betterworldbuys.com, or contact us via phone by calling 1-(610)-228-4941 and select option 2 for customer service.


2. Include all parts, pieces, printed materials, and accessories, along with the product's original packaging with a copy of your packing slip and RMC# in your return shipment.

Customers are responsible for return shipment charges. To ensure we receive the package we recommend using a method of shipping with tracking and insurance. Obtain a return merchandise code (RMC#), and return your product within 30 days of receipt of your order.

  • Customers must obtain an RMC # and return their item(s) within 30 of receipt of their order. Return shipments received without an RMC will not qualify for a credit.

  • Returned products are subject to inspection by betterworldbuys.com staff. All parts, pieces, printed materials, promotional items, e.g. gift with purchase and any original product packaging must be returned. Returned products may not be altered, used, or damaged.

  • Any tool return must contain all parts sold with the original purchase, including cords, chargers, adapters, carry case and any accessories.

  • If a Gift Certificate was used on the purchase containing the returned merchandise, the value of the Certificate will be credited first. Any remaining amount will be credited against the payment type(s) used in the original transaction. The Certificate can be used toward another purchase prior to its original expiration date.

  • Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned at the customer’s expense or destroyed upon request. Refund eligibility is determined once your return is received and inspected. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any return shipment.

  • We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. We recommend that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.

  • Please make sure you qualify for a return based on this policy prior to returning your items.
